Must Know| Why PF Account Is Disabled?
RAISE GRIEVANCE IN EPFO PORTAL
Step 1: UAN Account Error “Account is Disabled ”
While Trying to login into EPF Member Portal (i.e UAN Account) it shows the Account Disabled Error (EPF Grievance for UAN Account is Disabled)
Step 2: Go to the EPF grievance portal https://epfigms.gov.in/
After opening the Grievance Portal click on the “Register Grievance” tab and select the status PF Member
Step 3: Selection For Claim ID
Select the No option for the Claim ID (Claim ID is PF Withdrawl Acknowledgement Number)
Step 4: After Claim id NO, Enter UAN Details
Now you Enter your UAN Number and the website Security code
And Click on Get Details
Step 5: Verify your UAN Details
After clicking on Get details, on the Screen, you Get your UAN Details. Please check the UAN Details.
If the details are OK, Then Click on GET OTP
After entering the OTP on-screen and proceed further.
Step 6: Enter Your Personal Details
Please enter your Personal Details
• Gender
• Address
• Pincode
• Country
• State
• Alternate contact number
• Email Address
• Security Code
And verify and submit and proceed further
Step 7: Select PF Number to lodge Grievance
Before you proceed further cross-check your PF Number.
Select the Following Option After confirming the PF Number
Grievance Related to: P.F. Office
Grievance Category: KYC-related issues of subscriber pertaining PF Office.
Grievance Description: Enter your Description of your Problem
Upload Document (IF Any): Upload the KYC Related Proof Document
Step 8: Enter The Grievance Description for EPF Grievance for UAN Account is Disabled
Enter the Grievance Description To the Pop-UP window after selecting the suitable option above.
My UAN Number is 10xxxxxxxx37. While I am trying to login into my EPF Member portal it shows the account Disable.
But My Adhar card, Pan Card, & Bank KYC IS Approved by the Employer.
It is My Humble Request to you please Enable my UAN Account so I can check my account status.
And also attach the screenshot of the employer portal as proof of KYC is approved.
Attach the supporting document if you have any. ( Supporting format of the document is pdf)
Step 9: Final Submission
This is the last step of registering your grievance of EPF Related Matter. So Please carefully review your form before final submission.
After review, your filled form. Click on Submit Button Below.
Step 10: Successful Grievance Registration
After submitting the Grievance Form above you get the Grievance Registration Number for Further Track.
Note: Save your EPF Grievance Registration Number for further use
